Office Administrator

The Office Administrator will coordinate activities with the start-up team to ensure efficiency and create a smooth work flow. This career-minded, passionate individual must be a detail-oriented person who will work with the team to keep the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying needs and implementing a plan
  • Being proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Possessing excellent budgeting skills
  • Being familiar with Network for Good Software or have the ability to become familiar with the software
  • Being familiar with non-profit appliance document filing requirements
  • Having focus group management skills and being a powerful scheduler
  • Managing emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence

Position requirements include being drug, alcohol and nicotine FREE. You must know and live a recovery life-style 24/7. In addition, applicants should:

  • Possess a laptop and mobile phone

Part-time Bookkeeper

The Bookkeeper is responsible for recording financial accounts and maintaining records. Their duties include checking accounting records for accuracy, tracking invoices and payments and maintaining a system for organizing company documents.

Responsibilities include:

  • Invoicing and order fulfillment
  • Preparing Income statements showing revenue and expenses and balance sheets
  • Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Preparing funding regulation reports
  • Recording financial transactions and handling bank reconciliations
  • Maintaining an annual budget

Position requirements include being drug, alcohol and nicotine FREE. You must know and live a recovery life-style 24/7. In addition, applicants should:

  • Be proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Be familiar with payment systems

Promotional Sales Developer

The Promotional Sales Developer is responsible for handling our insert pre-print sales, promotional co-op sales and sponsorship donors of up to $100,000.00 each.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify prospective customers
  • Contacting new sponsors to discuss needs
  • Emphasizing the importance of the National Addiction Awareness Complex to highlight how our pre-print inserts and promotional products might benefit new sponsors
  • Explain our donation levels and terms and prepare agreements
  • Collaborate with our developing start up team to launch the Awareness Complex
  • Developing business to become sponsor supporters
  • Maintaining contact lists and following up with sponsors to continue relationships

Position requirements include being drug, alcohol and nicotine FREE. You must know and live a recovery life-style 24/7. In addition, applicants must understand the alcohol and drug recovery world. Experienced required. Applicants must live within a short distance to our Denver, PA planning office or in a designated county

Awareness Public Relations Developer

The Awareness Public Relations Developer will create their own flexible schedule and work with our social media marketing team to publicize the National Addiction Awareness Complex funding campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Presenting our vision to organizations, businesses and churches to publicize our funding campaigns and increase donations to the National Addiction Awareness Complex
  • Developing relationships with national organizations to publicize our funding campaigns and increase donations
  • Preparing news releases for social media and print and developing targeted email blasts
  • Handling incoming questions

Position requirements include being drug, alcohol and nicotine FREE. You must know and live a recovery lifestyle 24/7. In addition, applicants should:

  • Be able to commute to our Denver, PA planning office when needed
  • Be familiar with and use Microsoft Office programs
  • Possess strong organizational skills
  • Possess a laptop and mobile phone
  • Be a creative entrepreneurial thinker and problem-solver
  • Understand the alcohol and drug recovery world
  • Be able to work in harmony with our developing start-up team

Experience required: Salesmanship, Marketing, Public relations, Serenity and knowledge of the recovery world.

Funding Social Media Marketer

The National Funding Social Media Marketer would be our acting internet social media marketing representative using the latest social media platforms to publicize our National Addiction Awareness Complex funding campaigns directly to the nation. Social Media Marketer would be directing businesses, organizations and community leaders to our new website for the purpose of having them donate or become a sponsor.

Position requirements include being drug, alcohol and nicotine FREE. You must know and live a recovery lifestyle 24/7. In addition, applicants should:

  • Have a strong knowledge of all aspects of social media marketing.
  • Have experience running crowdfunding campaigns.
  • Be familiar with Network for Good software (a must).
  • Be able to commute to our Denver, PA planning office when needed.
  • Possess strong organizational skills.
  • Be familiar with how funding development campaigns operate.
  • Possess your own laptop and mobile phone.
  • Be a creative entrepreneurial thinker and problem-solver.
  • Have ability to collaborate on our newsletter and other marketing written materials using links.
  • Have experience setting up and interacting with Facebook, Twitter, Parler, Rumbel, Instagram, YouTube, Recovery, LinkedIn and many other sites.
  • Be capable of developing a yearly social media marking plan.
