The Bookkeeper is responsible for recording financial accounts and maintaining records. Their duties include checking accounting records for accuracy, tracking invoices and payments and maintaining a system for organizing company documents.
Responsibilities include:
- Invoicing and order fulfillment
- Preparing Income statements showing revenue and expenses and balance sheets
- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Preparing funding regulation reports
- Recording financial transactions and handling bank reconciliations
- Maintaining an annual budget

- Be proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Word
