Get involved in a big way! Join our team as a Fundraising Developer at the National Addiction Awareness Complex – a first of its kind Addiction Awareness & Recovery Destination. We are seeking the right person that fits into our creative venture.

We are Creating a Unique Destination for Family Recreation and Group Fellowship in a Sober Lifestyle Setting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new relationships and cultivate existing ones with businesses and individuals in your protected area to raise funds for the National Addiction Awareness Complex
  • Create and manage fundraising pipeline to ensure prospective donors are properly contacted regarding new marketing opportunities and fundraising events.
  • Work with marketing team to provide input on marketing needs
  • Stay abreast of the ongoing fundraising campaigns and bring awareness of sponsorship opportunities to prospective donors
  • Coordinate closely with NAAC leadership to strategize fundraising approach and for marketing support
  • Professionally represent the NAAC in all business dealings
  • Create fundraising pitches that appeal to various target audiences

Qualifications

  • Proven outside sales or fundraising experience & success is a must
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (“Word,” “Excel”) in order to process day-to-day activities Great people skills
  • Organized to manage a portfolio of donors
  • Experience working in a Customer Relationship Management platform to manage fundraising pipeline Familiarity with addiction and recovery processes & terminology.
  • If you are in addiction recovery yourself, we require a minimum of 3 year of continuous sobriety.
  • As our ideal candidate, you need a passion for addiction awareness.
  • Experience talking face-to-face or over the phone to potential donors and sponsors to close fundraising agreements.
  • Would be working from their own home office within their Assigned territory and must be comfortable with Zoom.
  • Candidates can make their own flexible schedule that works for them.
  • Candidates needs to be able to commute to our Denver PA office, as needed.
  • Candidate Needs to be Fully Alcohol Free, Drug Free, and Nicotine Free.

We are entrepreneurial-spirited individuals who have come together to address the impact of addiction in all its various forms by sharing our experience, education, fellowship, and resources.

As a startup team member, we are offering Fundraising Based Compensation as a Contractor for this opportunity. Compensation will be fully explained during the interview process. As a contractor, you will need to be financially stable to participate with us as a startup team member.

  6. Whether you are able/willing to make meetings at our planning office in Denver, PA when needed.
